Born in Indiana on July 28, 2004.

November 16, 2004

Camryn was diagnosed with Asperation Pnemonia and admitted to St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo, Indiana.

November 23, 2004

Camryn was sent via ambulance to St. Vincent Children's Pediatric Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her condition was worsening.

2005

Camryn was diagnosed with Necrotizing Enterocolitis and passed away in her mothers arms on February 01, 2005
